My husband is in the GED plus program and he is nervous about failing the GED test. He was told that if he fails 2 times he will be ‘generally discharged’ and would go into something called hold over, he wouldn’t be able to join the GED plus program again, and he would have to wait till the next year to join again, but he would need his GED. My question is, how long is hold over? He said there were people telling him anywhere from 5 days to 6 months. Is what he was told true?

Yes. unless he can get his GED, he can not continue their solicitation. he can not use the same program again, which means either he would receive 15 100-level courses at college give the GED at a tier one, or hope that a slot opens GED. . May it be otherwise eligible. . 50 points on the ASVAB, etc. Relic / outprocessing may take six months. everything depends on the level of priority (and someone who can not even pass a written test at grade 9 level is not a priority). they spend their time reading to children who pass through so they can continue on its journey militray.
